Why we are here
Studying in a new country is an act of courage. It also brings loneliness, financial strain, and pressure that can quietly become overwhelming. Recently, one of our own — a Malayali student in Japan — could no longer carry that weight, and we lost them.
Out of respect for the family, we are keeping personal details private. What we can share is our resolve: no student should feel alone. This fund helps the grieving family and builds a support network so others can find help before it is too late.
In line with the family's wishes, the student's identity is kept anonymous.
